Heather is a proud member of the Pink Boots Society, a global organization dedicated to supporting and empowering women in the fermented and alcoholic beverage industry. As head brewer at Outback Brewhouse, Heather crafts every beer on tap with passion, creativity, and a love for the craft. From bold IPAs to smooth porters, her brews bring unique flavor and heart to every pour.
